How long will I be in coaching?

The length of an executive coaching relationship varies depending on the individual’s needs and ambitions. Full Life offers six and twelve month coaching packages. Team Coaching and Seminars are provided on an as needed basis and customized to the client’s wishes.

Where does the executive coaching take place?

We prefer to see each of clients for their initial session in person at Full Life. Thereafter, coaching services can then be provided in person, by telephone, or video coaching is available in a more deluxe package.

Usually keynotes, seminars and team coaching occur at the employer’s site or at off-site events.

What is the cost factor surrounding organizational coaching?

Working with an executive coach requires both a personal commitment of time and energy as well as a financial commitment, usually provided by the executive or the company. Fees charged vary depending on the levels of training and areas of expertise of each coach. Fees also vary depending on services received. Remember that Full Life offers organizational services ranging from keynote addresses, seminars, individual executive sessions to professional team coaching and consulting.
